PARMESAN
Parmesan aged over 12 months has a nutty, sharp flavor.
RACLETTE
Locally made by Leelanau Cheese. Award-winning European style cheese made from pure, fresh local cow’s milk adding no color or preservatives.
HAVARTI
A mild smooth cheese from Denmark. Havarti taste is buttery from sweet to very sweet
PRIMA DONNA THE YOUNGER (reminiscent of really good Gouda)
Prima Donna Blue or Young is from the Netherlands. This is one of the rare Dutch cheeses that is not a Gouda (though it is reminiscent of a Gouda.) It has Nutty flavor, that is very sweet, smooth and creamy.
FRENCH FETA is made with the sheep’s milk.
GREEK FETA from Thessaly, Greece with fresh sheep and goat's milk.
PARMIGIANO REGGIANO is made from raw cow's milk in Reggio-Emilla Italy and is aged for 24 months making it lactose free. It is savory and has a complex fruity/nutty taste.
PIAVE VECCHI is made from pasteurized cow's milk. Made in Belluno, Italy and aged for 12 months. The cheese has a dense texture and butterscotch aroma The flavor resembles a young Parmigiano Reggiano.
HAVARTI/PARMESAN
Havarti is a semi-soft Danish cow's milk cheese that has a buttery sweet taste. Mixed with the nutty flavor of Parmesan the combination gives Havarti a welcome kick.
GOUDA/PARMESAN
Gouda is a mild-flavored, cow's milk cheese. Imported from Holland Gouda has a rich, mellow, nutty flavor. Combined with Parmesan makes this a match made in heaven.
